Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend Jim Curtis has taken his New York City home off the market, and the timing is doing plenty of work.

Curtis, 50, reportedly delisted his longtime Manhattan condo just weeks after he and Aniston marked their one-year anniversary. The move comes after months of speculation about the couple’s future, especially as they appear to be spending most of their time on the West Coast.

Curtis bought the 1,200-square-foot Seaport condo in 2015 for just under $1.3 million. He later listed it for sale in January with an asking price of $1.53 million. By June 2, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit briefly appeared back on the rental market for $8,950 a month. Then both listings were removed within hours.

Jim Curtis’ NYC Home Move Raises Questions

Curtis has never publicly explained why he decided to sell the condo after owning it for more than a decade.

The property had been listed for rent several times over the years, suggesting he may not have been living there full time for a while. The latest delisting has now raised fresh questions about whether he is shifting more of his life toward California. That would make sense, at least from the outside.

Aniston owns two major California homes: her Bel-Air residence, which she bought for $20.9 million in 2012, and a Montecito farmhouse she purchased from Oprah Winfrey for $14.8 million in 2022.

The actress has also been filming the latest season of Apple TV+’s ‘The Morning Show’ in Los Angeles.

The Couple Recently Marked A Big Milestone

Curtis and Aniston reportedly celebrated their first anniversary in May. That milestone quickly led to questions about whether marriage could be next.

Sources close to the couple have suggested they are happy together, though not rushing into anything.

“It’s a great partnership and makes Jen very happy,” one insider said. “Jim’s a special guy. Everyone loves his energy.”

The source added that both have busy professional lives but make time for each other during the week whenever they can.

Curtis also shared a “life lately” photo carousel in May, showing moments from the West Coast and work obligations in Manhattan. In one image, Aniston kissed him on the head as he smiled at the camera. Another showed her sitting on the floor at her California home with her dogs.

His New York condo did not appear in the photos.

Aniston Has Praised Curtis Publicly

Curtis and Aniston first sparked romance talk in July after they were seen together in Spain. They became Instagram official in November, when Aniston posted a black-and-white selfie for his birthday. “Happy birthday, my love. Cherished,” she wrote.

Curtis has said they were introduced by friends and grew close over time before the relationship turned romantic.

Aniston has also spoken warmly about his work as a hypnotist and lifestyle figure. “He’s quite extraordinary, and helps many, many people,” she said. “He’s very special, very normal, and very kind.”

Now, the condo delisting has added a new wrinkle to the conversation. It may be a simple real estate decision. Or it may be one more hint that Aniston and Curtis are building something more permanent.
