Kylie Jenner is facing another legal headache involving a former housekeeper, and this one comes with serious allegations.

Former employee Juana Delgado Soto has filed a lawsuit claiming she faced harassment, racial discrimination, unpaid wages, and unfair treatment while working inside Jenner’s household. Soto also alleges that she personally wrote to Jenner asking for help, but never received a response.

Jenner’s team has reportedly said the reality star has not read the details of the lawsuit and will not comment on the filing for now. The case is ongoing.

Soto Claims She Was Mocked And Mistreated At Work

Soto said she began working for Jenner in 2019. According to the complaint, problems started early, with Soto alleging that her rest breaks were cut short or withheld.

She claims the situation got worse in 2023, when Itzel Sibrian became her direct supervisor. In the filing, Soto alleges Sibrian mocked her English-speaking skills, insulted her, and subjected her to racial discrimination and harassment. Soto also claims she complained to Human Resources in 2024, but says the alleged treatment became crueler afterward.

According to the lawsuit, Soto later received a pay deduction without explanation. She also alleges she was made to work longer hours without extra pay and was given more difficult workloads.

She Says She Missed Her Own Birthday Party

One of the more personal claims involves Soto’s birthday in late 2024. Soto alleges she was preparing to leave early to celebrate when Sibrian threatened her and told her she could lose her job if she left because Jenner was hosting a gathering.

The lawsuit also references earlier supervisors named Patsy and Etsy, who were reportedly connected to a previous lawsuit involving Jenner’s household staff. Soto alleges they demanded she return to work immediately after her brother died. She also claims other housekeepers accused her of lying about his death.

Soto Says She Wrote Directly To Jenner

After years of alleged mistreatment, Soto says she wrote a lengthy letter to Jenner describing what she had experienced.

“I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused,” Soto wrote, according to the filing. “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen if you were aware of it.”

The next day, Soto claims she was told she could no longer contact Jenner directly. She also alleges she was told not to look at or smile at the reality star.

That detail is likely to fuel the biggest question around the case: what did Jenner know, and when did she know it?

For now, Jenner’s team says she has not reviewed the lawsuit. Soto’s claims have not been proven in court.

Still, with a second former housekeeper now bringing serious allegations, the legal pressure around Jenner’s household is getting harder to ignore.
