Kylie Jenner is facing a new legal headache after a former housekeeper accused her workplace of harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination.
Angelica Vazquez filed a lawsuit against Jenner, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, detailing her employment from September 2024 to August 2025. Jenner is listed as a defendant in the complaint, though the filing does not accuse her by name of specific behavior. Vazquez claims she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” from her first day on the job.
The case centers on what Vazquez says happened while she worked at Jenner’s Hidden Hills residence in Los Angeles. According to the complaint, the work environment became hostile, demeaning and discriminatory.
Vazquez Claims She Was Humiliated At Work
Vazquez alleges she was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by fellow employees and the head housekeeper at Jenner’s home.
The filing claims she was “routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.”
Vazquez is described in the lawsuit as a “Salvadoran woman and a practising Catholic.” She claims coworkers made “repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” about her religion and immigration status. According to the complaint, those comments helped create what she called a “toxic and abusive work environment.”
Jenner’s name being attached to the case makes it especially high-profile, even though the filing does not claim she personally made the alleged comments.
Vazquez also claims that when she complained about the alleged treatment, her concerns were dismissed, mocked or ignored. One allegation in the lawsuit says a supervisor “threw hangers” at her feet while reprimanding her.
The filing paints a picture of a workplace where Vazquez says she felt singled out and unsupported. She took medical leave in July 2025. The next month, according to the complaint, she says she “had no choice but to resign.” That detail is important because the lawsuit includes a wrongful termination claim. Vazquez appears to argue that the conditions became so difficult that staying in the job was no longer realistic.
Jenner Is Listed As A Defendant
Vazquez is seeking punitive damages and restitution damages. The complaint names Jenner alongside Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. The exact employment relationship between the companies and the household work described in the lawsuit is part of what the case may clarify if it moves forward.
For Jenner, this is another unwanted headline involving her name, her home, and her staff. The reality star and beauty mogul has not been accused in the draft material of personally carrying out the alleged behavior, but being named as a defendant means the case will likely draw attention anyway.
The lawsuit now puts the focus on what happened behind the gates of one of Hollywood’s most-watched households.
