Kylie Jenner is facing a new lawsuit from a former housekeeper who claims she was subjected to religious and national origin discrimination while working inside the beauty mogul’s homes.

The complaint was filed in Los Angeles by Angelica Vasquez, who says she began working as a housekeeper at Jenner’s Beverly Hills residence on Sept. 10, 2024, before being moved a week later to her Hidden Hills home. According to the filing, Vasquez reported to a woman named Elsi and a head housekeeper named Patsy, and says the problems started almost immediately.

Vasquez alleges she was met with hostility, exclusion, and repeated humiliation from supervisors and other staff members, with much of it tied to her background as a Salvadoran Catholic.

Former Housekeeper Claims She Was Mocked Over Faith and Background

In the lawsuit, Vasquez says she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” from the start and subjected to ongoing harassment inside Jenner’s household. She claims she was belittled in front of coworkers because of her race, national origin, and religion.

Among the most serious allegations, Vasquez says she was told that “Catholics are horrible people” and was mocked or intimidated over her immigration status. She also claims remarks were made suggesting that people from her background could be deported from the United States.

That is where the case gets especially ugly. The lawsuit paints a picture of a workplace where Vasquez says she was not just disrespected, but singled out in ways she believes were discriminatory.

Kylie Jenner Named in Suit as Complaint Focuses on Household Staff

Vasquez also alleges that beyond the verbal treatment, she was given the worst assignments, intentionally excluded from the housekeeping team, and routinely shouted at. She claims fingers were snapped at her and that, in one incident, a supervisor threw hangers at her during a reprimand after she raised concerns about how she was being treated.

According to the suit, the conditions became so severe that Vasquez developed anxiety and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder. She says the situation only got worse after she complained, and that she ultimately resigned in August 2025 because nothing was done to address it.

She is now seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and other claims, along with punitive damages.

Sources familiar with Jenner’s household have pushed back on the claims, saying Vasquez was a junior housekeeping employee who had attendance problems and other workplace issues.

Notably, the allegations do not appear to accuse Jenner herself of personally making the comments. Instead, the focus is largely on members of her staff and on the claim that complaints were not properly addressed, even though Jenner is listed as a defendant in the case.
