Jason Biggs says the possibility of another American Pie movie is still being talked about, more than two decades after the original comedy became a pop culture hit.

In a recent interview with the New York Post, the 47-year-old actor said discussions about continuing the franchise come up from time to time.

“There’s always chatter. There’s always buzz,” Biggs said. “I can say that I’d be thrilled to get the gang back together for another one if the story is right.”

Biggs played Jim Levenstein in the original 1999 film, a role that helped turn the movie into one of the defining teen comedies of its era. He later returned for multiple sequels alongside several of the original cast members.

The actor said he would welcome the chance to revisit the character again, especially if it meant working with his former co-stars.

“It would be a blast,” he said. “I love that character. Working with those guys and gals is always a treat. We’re like family.”

The American Pie franchise grew quickly after the first film’s success. It eventually produced three main sequels, including American Reunion, along with a series of direct-to-video spin-offs under the title American Pie Presents.

Biggs has previously said the series remains meaningful to him. In a 2025 interview with People, he revealed that he still keeps memorabilia from the films, including scripts and promotional items.

Among the items he held onto was the “Band Camp” T-shirt worn by his character in the movies — though he joked that it no longer fits.
