Sydney Sweeney is officially closing the door on more than just a romance—she’s cutting business ties, too.

The Euphoria star has reportedly dissolved the production company she co-founded with former fiancé Jonathan Davino, signaling a major professional reset. After quietly ending their relationship in early 2025, Sweeney has now relaunched the company under the same name, but this time without Davino involved.

According to reports, the former couple originally launched Fifty-Fifty Films LLC in January 2019, shortly after they began dating. As recently as May 2025, both were listed as managers of the company. However, sources say Sweeney bought out Davino’s stake to move forward independently. One insider claimed Davino is now “completely out of the picture,” while also alleging he has privately suggested he helped build Sweeney’s career—a claim those close to the actress strongly dispute.

Fifty-Fifty Films was behind several of Sweeney’s recent projects, including the horror film Immaculate and the hit romantic comedy Anyone But You, which co-starred Glen Powell. In December 2025, just months after their split, paperwork was filed in California to dissolve the original LLC. By January 2026, Sweeney had filed documents to form a new entity, Fifty-Fifty Films, Inc., listing herself as CEO, CFO, and Secretary—making it clear she’s taking full control.

When news of their breakup first surfaced, insiders said the split wasn’t about a lack of love but about priorities. “Sydney isn’t ready to settle down,” a source previously shared, adding that she’s focused on her rapidly growing career. Now, with a revamped production company and total leadership over her projects, Sweeney appears to be stepping into her next chapter—on her own terms.
