Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially closed the chapter on their nearly two-decade marriage.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple finalized their divorce earlier this month, roughly a year after announcing their separation. The settlement outlines joint custody of their three children and states that both parties will handle their own spousal support arrangements.
Financially, Warren, 47, will receive $3 million as part of the division of assets, reportedly to equalize their shared estate. The pair, who married in May 2008, share daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, along with their 8-year-old son, Hayes.
Alba, 44, first confirmed their split in January 2025 with a heartfelt Instagram message reflecting on their 20-year journey together. She described the breakup as part of a long period of “self-realization and transformation,” both personally and within their partnership.
“I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage,” she wrote at the time. “It’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.” She emphasized that they would continue forward with “love, kindness and respect,” noting that their children remain their top priority as they adjust to life as a modern family.
