A dramatic new development has emerged in the legal showdown between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni after a newly unsealed deposition introduced disturbing allegations from one of Lively’s former drivers. The testimony, made public as part of a massive document release, has intensified scrutiny around Baldoni just months ahead of the highly anticipated trial.

The deposition comes from Kevin Alexander, who previously worked as Lively’s driver. In sworn testimony unsealed on January 27, 2026, Alexander described a troubling car ride in 2023 while driving Baldoni from New York City to a filming location in New Jersey for It Ends With Us. According to Alexander, Baldoni allegedly spoke openly and graphically about his sexual history during the drive, including claims that he had “forced himself on women” even when they explicitly said no.

Alexander testified that the conversation left him deeply unsettled. He described Baldoni’s comments as casual yet disturbing, emphasizing that the director allegedly framed the encounters as routine rather than shocking. Alexander said the nature of the conversation stood out immediately, noting that it was highly unusual to hear such remarks from someone he had just met, particularly in a professional setting.

After arriving at the production office later that day, Alexander said he felt compelled to warn Lively directly. He recalled pulling her aside to express his discomfort, telling her that something felt “off” and suggesting that a background check might be necessary. It was at that moment, Alexander claimed, that he realized Baldoni was not only acting in the film but also serving as a producer—an insight that heightened his concern about the power dynamics involved.

While Alexander acknowledged that other remarks were made during the drive, he testified that the alleged statements about Baldoni’s behavior toward women were impossible to forget. He described them as deeply disturbing and said they left a lasting impression that prompted him to speak up immediately.

The deposition is part of roughly 180 unsealed documents that have shifted public perception of Lively’s $160 million lawsuit, in which she accuses Baldoni of sexual harassment and retaliation connected to the film’s production. Lively has also alleged that Baldoni orchestrated a targeted smear campaign against her following the project.

Lively’s legal team says the newly released materials include firsthand witness accounts, messages, and evidence that support her claims. One of her attorneys described the unsealed documents as containing testimony that had never before been seen by the public and said they reinforce allegations of a toxic and predatory work environment.

Baldoni has repeatedly denied all accusations. As of now, neither he nor his representatives have publicly responded to Alexander’s deposition. The case is scheduled to go to trial in New York in May 2026, with tensions continuing to rise as more documents and testimony come to light.
