Katy Perry reportedly purchased a 15 million USD mansion in Montecito, California, five years ago. The luxurious estate boasts eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

The property’s former owner, Carl Westcott, is a disabled veteran and businessman. Westcott initially agreed to sell the house to Katy Perry and signed a contract in 2020. However, he soon backtracked, claiming he was mentally impaired due to pain medication when he made the deal.

In May of last year, the court ruled in Katy Perry’s favor, stating that Westcott was of sound mind when entering the contract.

Subsequently, Katy Perry filed a lawsuit against Westcott, seeking compensation for lost rental income and repair costs resulting from the prolonged legal battle.
