Singer-actress IU shared a photo from the set of MBC’s upcoming Friday-Saturday drama 21st Century Grand Prince’s Wife.
On July 17, IU took to social media to post a picture of a food truck sent by her Chinese fans, captioning it “Only U-IU China.”
She also shared a selfie alongside a coffee truck sent by a brand she endorses.
In another post, IU showed her appreciation for a fruit lunchbox sent by co-star Byeon Woo Seok’s fan club, posing with a finger heart and expressing her gratitude.
21st Century Grand Prince’s Wife is set in a fictional 21st-century constitutional monarchy in South Korea. It follows the romance between Seong Hee Joo, a wealthy woman frustrated by her commoner status, and Prince Lee Wan, who struggles with the limitations of his royal position.
The drama has generated significant buzz due to the star-studded pairing of IU and Byeon Woo Seok. It is slated to air on MBC’s Friday-Saturday primetime slot in the first half of next year.
