Kylie Jenner’s latest Khy drop is getting attention for more than just its summer styling.
The beauty mogul and fashion founder has introduced the brand’s newest collection, ‘Dear Summer, Love Khy,’ a warm-weather lineup built around travel, evenings out, animal print, silk pieces, and fitted basics.
The campaign immediately gave fans plenty to look at.
Jenner modeled several bold new pieces from the collection, including animal-print designs and low-cut silhouettes. But while some fans praised the looks, others had a very different reaction to the price.

Jenner’s New Khy Drop Leans Into Summer Glam
‘Dear Summer, Love Khy’ launched on the brand’s official website as the latest step in Khy’s evolving identity.
The collection is built around summer travel and night-out dressing. Silk pieces are made from 100 percent silk georgette and include a custom hand-drawn floral print, Khy’s signature “Leo” leopard print, and softer designs in seafoam blue and black.
The pieces were developed in-house alongside Jenner.
The collection also includes elevated summer basics, including a body-con jersey group made in Portugal from a cotton-rich jersey material. The goal appears to be simple but polished dressing, with pieces that can move between casual daytime looks and more styled evening outfits.

Kylie’s Campaign Look Drew Attention Fast
Jenner also promoted the drop with a series of brand images that leaned into her familiar high-glam style.
In one look, she posed in a fitted soft gray Khy minidress against a plain backdrop. The piece featured a low neckline, a short hem, and a fitted shape that put the focus on the silhouette.
She kept the styling simple, letting the dress carry most of the attention.
Jenner wore her dark hair in loose waves and avoided heavy accessories, giving the look a cleaner finish than some of her more dramatic fashion posts.
The campaign also teased the broader summer collection, including silk separates, printed pieces, and cotton basics.
Fans Had Mixed Reactions To The Khy Drop
The reaction online was split.
Some fans praised Jenner’s look and the collection’s overall direction.
“Gorgeous gorgeous queen,” one supporter wrote. Another fan pointed to a floral silk tie top and said they immediately wanted it after seeing Jenner wear it.
Others were more focused on the business side of the drop.
“Wayyy too expensive!” one user complained.
That criticism has followed many celebrity fashion brands, especially when the pieces are presented as wardrobe staples but priced higher than casual shoppers expect.
For Khy, that reaction matters because Jenner has been trying to position the brand as more intentional rather than just another celebrity capsule label.
Khy Is Still In Its Reinvention Era
The summer 2026 collection marks Khy’s second drop since the brand’s refresh.
Jenner relaunched Khy in April 2026 as a wardrobe-first fashion label, beginning with the ‘Born In LA’ collection. The goal was to give the brand a more defined identity and move it into a new chapter.
“With this next chapter of Khy, we’re prioritizing intentional design that reflects what our audience really wants for their wardrobe,” Jenner said at the time.
She said she wanted the assortment to feel curated, with pieces shoppers would return to repeatedly. “Khy is about empowering you to embrace every side of your style,” Jenner added.
Before the refresh, Khy leaned more heavily on collaborations, including past capsules with Frankies Bikinis and other labels. In August 2025, Jenner also teased the brand’s shift toward solo collections with its Cotton Stretch Collection.
Now, with ‘Dear Summer, Love Khy,’ Jenner seems to be pushing the brand deeper into her own fashion language: sleek, fitted, polished, and built for attention.
That attention is clearly working. But judging by the reaction, not every fan is ready to pay the price for it.
