Paris Hilton just traded her signature blonde for a dramatically darker look, and it changed her whole vibe.
The ‘Simple Life’ alum debuted glossy brunette hair while walking the runway at the Gucci Cruise 2027 collection fashion show on May 16. For longtime fans, it was a real double take. Paris has been tied to her bright blonde image for decades, so seeing her in dark brown hair felt like a full style reset.
The 45-year-old wore a yellow and gold puff-sleeved dress with black boots, a red handbag, and an oversized coat. The clothes were loud enough on their own. Still, the hair stole the show.

Paris did not just go darker. She also added side bangs, giving the whole look a sharper, more fashion-week feel.

Paris recently spoke about how much hair factors into confidence, especially during summer.
“Especially in the summertime, it’s all about feeling your best,” she said. “And when you feel and look good, you just feel more confident, especially if you’re taking care of your hair.”
She said moisture and the right stylist are key. “One thing that I’ve learned is that it’s so important to keep your hair moisturized,” Paris explained, “and also to have a stylist that really knows how to work with your hair and not use too much heat on it.”
Even though blonde has long been her trademark, Paris said the right shade depends on the moment. “For being blonde as well, just finding a color that’s customized for you and your skin tone and your vibe, and just the moment you’re in,” she said. “Blonde looks effortless but there is so much artistry behind it.”
Paris Also Talks Staying Natural
The ‘Paris In Love’ star has also been open about her beauty and anti-aging routine. “I feel really proud that I’m all natural,” she said on the ‘Zach Sang Show’ podcast in 2024. “I’ve stayed out of the sun. I’ve never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing.”
Paris also revealed that she built an at-home spa called the Sliving Spa. It includes LED lights, hydrafacial machines, a hyperbaric chamber, and cryotherapy. “It’s basically a real spa that you would see,” she said.
