While Dubrow has never personally treated the actor, he said Pitt’s face shows few of the typical signs often associated with cosmetic procedures.

“The one who’s sort of gotten away with it, and I don’t know what he’s done, but the one who hasn’t aged at all and it doesn’t look like plastic surgery, is Brad Pitt,” the 67-year-old surgeon said during the discussion.
