Jack Wagner is opening up about his marriage to singer-songwriter Michelle Wolf and why the couple has chosen to maintain separate homes even after tying the knot.
The 65-year-old actor married Wolf on May 18, 2025, during a small and intimate ceremony attended by about 40 close family members and friends. The couple intentionally kept the event private and meaningful rather than hosting a large celebration.
Speaking with People, Wagner explained that they wanted the wedding to feel personal and centered around their closest loved ones.
“We wanted it to be just for us, with a carefully chosen group of loved ones,” Wagner said.
Despite their marriage, the couple decided not to move in together—a choice Wagner says works perfectly for their relationship.
“We’re each really content in our own spaces, going back and forth between them,” he explained. “So we thought, why upset the apple cart by selling our places and hunting for a new one?”
According to Wagner, maintaining their own homes allows both of them to keep the lifestyle they enjoyed while dating.
“Michelle has her home, and I’ve got mine,” he said. “Somehow, we make it work seamlessly.”
The actor added that the arrangement allows them to alternate between each other’s homes while still maintaining their individual independence, something they both value.
For Wagner and Wolf, keeping separate residences has helped them preserve the balance that worked so well before marriage while continuing to nurture their relationship.
