Shia LaBeouf made a swift exit from a New Orleans courthouse Thursday after a judge set his bond at $100,000 following his recent arrest during Mardi Gras.

Video captured by local outlet WDSU shows the 39-year-old actor quickly leaving the courthouse as reporters attempted to question him. The brief footage shows LaBeouf moving rapidly down the street without stopping for comment.

LaBeouf faces two counts of simple battery stemming from an alleged incident on February 17 near Bourbon Street. According to New Orleans police, officers responded to a disturbance at a Royal Street business shortly after midnight. Authorities allege LaBeouf became aggressive when staff attempted to remove him and that he struck two individuals during the altercation.

Police state that after leaving the scene, LaBeouf allegedly returned and continued behaving aggressively before being restrained until officers arrived. He was reportedly taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries before being booked on the battery charges.

During the court appearance, a judge ordered LaBeouf to return to a treatment program and submit to weekly drug and alcohol testing as part of his release conditions. His representatives have not publicly commented on the case. The matter remains ongoing.
