Baekhyun Sells Out U.S. Tour and Forbes Calls Him a “Superstar”

BAEKHYUN, a member of EXO, has completed the North American dates of his first-ever solo world tour, 2025 BAEKHYUN WORLD TOUR: Reverie.

Kicking off on June 24 in New York City, the tour made stops in six major U.S. cities: Chicago, Houston, Seattle, Oakland, and Los Angeles. Fans packed venues coast to coast to experience Baekhyun’s powerful vocals, dynamic performances, and undeniable stage presence. Each show was met with enthusiastic crowds and glowing reviews.

The July 6 concert at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles sold out quickly, leading organizers to open additional seating to meet the overwhelming demand. This milestone highlights Baekhyun’s growing global influence and success as a solo artist.

Throughout the tour, Baekhyun delivered electrifying performances of fan favorites like “Pineapple Slice,” “Bambi,” “UN Village,” and “Candy,” along with songs from his recently released fifth mini-album Essence of Reverie, including “Chocolate,” “Lemonade,” and the title track “Elevator.”

Following his opening night in New York, Forbes praised Baekhyun’s performance and stage presence, noting: “Above all, what stood out was his genuine dedication to setting a new and important milestone in his career, more than a decade since his debut, showcasing his commitment to becoming a true superstar.”

People magazine also weighed in, stating: “Baekhyun is entering a new phase of a successful career, constantly pushing himself as an artist. Music will always be a part of his life, and we can’t imagine it any other way.”

With the U.S. leg wrapped up, Baekhyun is set to continue his world tour with an upcoming show in Berlin, Germany, on July 13.
